  TIME? This is during 1/2 time. Please be aware that some volunteer opportunities happen at       the same time as others. If you're working the concession stand, there's a time conflict.

You’ll work closely with the Director and other volunteers, and duties include:

• Load and unload the props according to the Directors instructions. The details will be worked out on how to load/unload prior to this volunteer opportunity. 

• Must be available prior to 1/2 time all the way to unloading the props back to the bandhall. 

• Gets props on and off the field. The Director of Bands will have the precise location and timing. The props ARE HEAVY! 

• Ensure the equipment and instruments are safely in the band room after buses get home

• Handyman skills a plus
