TIME COMMITMENT: 2-3 hrs for the YEAR!     

When? Varies: Ballgames, end of semester parties, end of band camp party.   

• Fall Football Games –  Purchase enough chips, cookies and bottled water for 35 students to snack on during 3rd quarter (they can be dropped off at the bandhall)

• Middle School Recruitment Pizza Night (October) (4-5 Volunteers to setup and serve pizza to students and staff. This will be on a ballgame night. 

• End of Semester (Fall & Spring) pick up and deliver to the school some treats for a successful semester. 

• End of Band Camp 2025: The band will host a family potluck and paperwork night. We'll need a couple of volunteers to be host/hostess's.
